I’m so happy you’re here!

Clients and colleagues describe me as a “calming presence.” I’m passionate about creating a safe space for people to share their story and explore their inner world. I especially enjoy working with young adult women, college students, survivors of sexual trauma, and people exploring their faith. My background

I have a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sociology and a Master’s in Social Work. I have an associate clinical social work license to practice talk therapy under the supervision of the wise and insightful Amy Sponsler, LICSW. Prior to starting my therapy practice, I worked as a crisis counselor with trauma survivors, in child and family protective services, with at-risk youth in a school-based mentoring program, in a faith-based setting with high school and college students, and in acute behavioral health. My education and personal and professional experiences inform my views that YOU are the expert of YOUR story and life and that circumstances around us play a big role in how we show up in the world.
