Intake
🤝During our first session, I provide everything you need to know about our work together.
📖We create a safe space for you to start sharing your story and whatever you feel is important for me to know.

Assessment
🫶Over the next several sessions, we’ll continue making sure this is a comfy space for you to talk about the uncomfortable.
🧩We’ll start learning about parts of you that feel conflicted, overwhelmed, and stuck.

Care
👑We’ll meet weekly or biweekly to help all parts of you feel less stressed and more confident!
🩹We’ll pay special attention to any worsening symptoms triggered by talking about tender issues.
🌎You’ll start to see shifts in your relationships with others as you strengthen your relationship with yourself!
